This week, Trevor-Roberts hired a professional theatre for Medius and Transitus’ production of Romeo & Juliet. The two forms have spent the term analysing the text, playing with Shakespeare’s language and honing their acting skills. Performing to a lovely audience of family and friends, Medius and Transitus enjoyed performing in a professional setting comlpete with lighting, sound, costumes and props.
‘Rehearsing and performing Romeo & Juliet has been lots of fun. Dechiphering Shakespeare’s text has been a great challenege, along with our staging of the show with stage combat and historical dance, we hope everybody enjoyed watching it as much as we did performing it!’ Amalia, Transitus
