At the start of the Easter Holidays, the Trevor-Roberts senior and chamber choirs returned from a musical tour of Barcelona. The children performed concerts in prestigious venues such as Montserrat Monastery, Barcelona Cathedral and La Sagrada Familia. As well as this, they enjoyed a tour of the Picasso Museum, making their own ceramics at Poble Espanyol, a tour of Gaudi’s Park Güell and lots of wonderful local food. The children did extremely well and should be proud of their hard work leading up to and throughout the tour. Below is a video containing highlights from the tour.

‘I particulaly enjoyed singing at La Sagrada Familia. It is such a beautiful building with lots of interesting history and architecture. Other than that, one of my favourite moments was perhaps playing volleyball on the beach with my classmates! My favourite moment was painting our own ceramics at Poble Espanyol, that was a really unique place to visit. Singing at Montserrat Monastery is something I won’t forget. Despite the weather, the journey up the mountain to the monastery was amazing, and as you can see, we got to sing in front of a large crowd!’ Cosimo, Alex and Yiannis — Secundus
