Today, Quintus spent thier science lesson in the sunny junior playground. They’ve been learning about plants and photosynthesis, and undertook a fun experiment involving their own plants: half grown in the dark, the other half in the sun.
‘It’s been lots of fun seeing how our plants have grown. Strangely, the plants grown in the dark had grown more! We learned that this is because they had no source of food, they used all of their nutrients all at once.’ Sonia and Imogen, Quintus
