Bring a Bear day for charity
On Thursday 21st March, children in the Junior department brought their teddy bears to school in aid of Action Medical Research. Each child donated at least £2 towards the charity, raising a total of £116.40.
‘We were the donation collectors for the morning and got to school extra early to collect from Octavus. Their teddy bears were very cute, and their donations were generous- no one asked for change! We counted all the coins with Ms Burton and when we finished we had raised £116.40. I brought an avacoado teddy, and Zac brought a birthday teddy bear because it is his birthday tomorrow.’ -Manny and Zac, Quintus
