Mindfulness Club is one of the many clubs that students have enjoyed so far this term at Trevor-Roberts. The Senior Mindfulness club is a fantastic way for chidlren to start what can be a very busy day of lessons, sports and extra-curricular activities.

Senior Mindfulness club is a great start to my Thursday morning. It helps me relax and focus, not just on my school work, but to have a calm mindset focussed on my well-being. It also helps my nervous system stay under control during exams. – Stella, Medius
