Medius and Transitus British Museum trip
On Tuesday 19th March, Medius and Transitus visited the British Museum on a journey through time to see the Rosetta stone, the first recorded remains of warfare and other such artefacts of historical significance.
‘My favourite of the exhibitions was the ancient preserved mummy which still had hair and teeth despite thousands of years. We also held replicas of Roman shields, known as scutum in Latin, and saw the large 2 metre long javelin the Romans would have used, known as the Pilun.’ Ché, Transitus
