Cross Country at Hampstead Heath

On Friday 8th March, pupils from Quartus through to Primus participated in a cross country race against Hereward House School on Hampstead Heath.

‘There were dozens of other students- around 70 I believe, and it was certainly a tough race. The conditions were poor, as the ground was very muddy, but this was useful in building up my resilience. We ran 2 laps of the course across the heath, each lap 1.35 km each. I placed 46th and the track took around 20- 25 minutes.’ -Yannis, Transitus
