Bush craft trip

June 16th-18th, 2023

From Friday 16th June to Sunday 18th June, my class went into the woodland away from civilisation for 2 days. This was new and exciting, but also daunting as each evening we had to make our own meals by cooking rabbits, pigeons and roasting vegetables on fires. When we arrived, we built shelters out of wood and mud that we had to sleep under for the next two nights. We all learnt so much from this unforgettable experience, developing survival skills from navigation to cooking and fire safety. Everyone has to try this!
